About this character
Solid and imperturbable, with a playful streak underneath. It can summon water at will; when it is away, they say, the garden’s water runs dry. It is perpetually wet, and leaves a trail of water wherever it passes.
In one hand it carries a Japanese maple branch, which it uses as a walking stick.
